The luxurious amenities at this hotel left us impressed. the spa and wellness centre offered exclusive treatments that were both rejuvenating and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool with its stunning view of the garden area. the sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool were perfect for soaking up the sun after a refreshing swim.
While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, it would have been easier for us to communicate if there were more fluent English speakers.

The pools and water park were great for a relaxing time with my partner. The surrounding location was beautiful, with plenty of natural scenery. The on-site shop had good prices and the variety of restaurants was satisfying with something for every taste.
Some of the staff had limited English, which made communication difficult at times. A few more English-speaking staff could have improved our experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in Sanya Bay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pools and water park. We enjoyed spending time there and the cost of hiring items and buying ice creams by the pool was very reasonable. The onsite shop had great prices and a wide variety of options. The staff, especially May from the Mangrove Today Art Gallery and David, the concierge, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. May helped us purchase a beautiful piece of art for my mother's birthday and Mother's Day, and David made us feel incredibly welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and the location was great with many restaurants to choose from.
Can't fault anything about it.

The pools and beach were nice and close to each other, perfect for taking a dip and sunbathing. the view of the sunset from the hotel was breathtaking. the hotel offered a great deal on food and drinks, making it very affordable.
The staff had very limited English, which made communicating difficult. the hotel was very overcrowded during the new year and there were not enough staff to accommodate the guests.

We had a superb and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. the pools and water park were very good, and the cost of items to hire and ice creams by the pool were very reasonable. the onsite shop was well priced and had a great variety of options. the staff, although limited in English, speaking abilities, were helpful and accommodating.
Some staff members struggled with communicating in English, causing initial difficulties during check, in and with understanding the all, inclusive band/voucher system.
